The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online materials, is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

Payment & No Refund Policy
All transactions for the purchase of digital products, including PDFs, resource materials, and online content, are processed through secure payment gateways such as PayPal and Stripe, which utilize SSL encryption. These payment gateways ensure the safety of your credit and debit card details, which are not stored during the transaction process.

As all purchases involve digital products, they are considered "used" once accessed or downloaded. Therefore, all purchases made on www.fjoravenue.com are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Due to the intangible nature of the products, we enforce a strict no-refund policy.

Fjōr Avenue reserves the right to modify any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings, without prior notice.

Delivery of Goods and Services
If you do not receive the digital product link after completing your purchase, please contact hello@fjoravenue.com with your transaction/payment details. We will ensure that your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Fonts
Some templates may require web font licenses for premium fonts. Details regarding specific font requirements are available on each product page under product description.

If you prefer not to purchase paid fonts, you can easily replace them with free alternatives in Showit.

Images
All images and photos used in the templates are free to use within the software and purchased templates. All of these images have been sourced from free stock photo websites such as Unsplash, Kaboompics, and Pexels. They are 100% free to use on your website.

Permission & Licensing

• You are not permitted to transfer, resell, or redistribute this template.

• For Website Designers: You may use these templates for client work. However, you must purchase one license per client. If you reuse a design, you are required to purchase it again.

• You are allowed to remove the Fjōr Avenue footer credit from the template, though a link back to Fjōr Avenue would be appreciated.
